Pleasant hotel, spacious and clean room.
Professional reception.
Very generous breakfast.
The pool table and foosball were great.
The bar was very welcoming and offered good advice.

No shower gel (empty dispenser).
Carpet very worn.
Room colors a bit dated.
Heating needs attention and extra blankets should be provided. The room keycard system needs to be explained upon arrival.

The room was a bit drab but comfortable and well-equipped.

I saw the Best Western, I thought I was going to a nice hotel, but it's actually just an ordinary hotel... very ordinary. The bedding is fairly comfortable, but the fridge in our room was dirty, the room was freezing when we arrived, and to get a comfortable temperature you have to put up with the noise of the heating fan running full blast! A 3 is already a good rating...
