Well-located hotel, competitively priced, pleasant. Very good restaurant, very rare to find this kind of service in a hotel, bravo to the chef and his team 👍
Hello, we spent one night at this establishment from August 15th to 16th. We received an exemplary welcome, both when we arrived and checked in! In the morning at breakfast, and when we left! Three different people, each one as kind as the next.
Thank you for welcoming us this way!!!
Enjoy your stay in Bayonne!!! [she'll understand]]

Negative:
* Hotel located far from the center.
* Sidewalk not very passable from the Flixbus station, making it difficult to walk to the hotel if your suitcases are very heavy and/or the roads are relatively uneven.
* Room not cleaned for 4 nights. > I ended up asking to change rooms for the fourth night... (fortunately, it was the night shift, which I found pleasant compared to the day shift...).
* Difficulty understanding with a receptionist who, from what she told me, is not originally a French speaker (a rather average argument for a hotel of this standing...). > This caused me a delay with fees for appointments I had just after. However, seeing that there was a problem with the websites I was booking through, I made an arrangement with this woman who, having misunderstood, ended up forcing me to stay at reception even longer than planned to finalize my reservation. 🙄
* Organizational problems after the first extension of my stay: my room wasn't prepared despite my confirmation following an email confirmation request with the hotel team.
* Breakfast was plentiful but not great (the scrambled eggs weren't good, the sausages and bacon were too greasy, and the tea bags seemed to alter the taste of the tea). > I regret having opted for the breakfast option. 😒 (There were other things that might appeal to other people, but having recently started paying attention to my diet, I didn't have much available. 😕
Positive:
* Nice, clean, and quiet hotel.
* Pleasant, accommodating, and available night staff. It was very pleasant to chat with two of the receptionists during my stay.
* Private parking included in the room rate. -> Only guests (and probably employees) can enter and exit normally.
* In case of late-night hunger pangs, I recommend the Dia Diavola pizza from the hotel bar. 🤤
* You can order drinks or food from the bar at any time.
* Nantes cake for breakfast. 🤤
* A fitness area (not at the level of a gym, but at least there is one). 🤩 > treadmill, elliptical, dumbbells, barbell, mat, and weights (I think that's it).

Hello,
Very pleasant hotel with ample secure parking.
Comfortable room and very good food.
Edith provided a very professional and warm welcome, something many other hotels lack today.
