Our chef Sébastien Gillard and his culinary team serve innovative refined dishes, made with locally sourced, seasonal produce.

We refresh our seasonally inspired menu every 3 weeks, to introduce you to new flavours, while creating dishes from fresh, seasonal produce, carefully sourced from local producers (see menu).
